Celebrating the HSBC Accessibility Hub!

Opening up a world of opportunity
Featuring an original drama, insights and interactivities, it’s designed to help others learn more about accessibility issues and provide best-practice guidance on how to create accessible digital products and services.

Visit HSBC Accessibility Hub to learn more about digital accessibility and encourage others to use the platform.

Feedback from HSBC staff accessing the programme has been hugely positive we are excited to see HSBC plans to take the Digital Accessibility Hub from an internal resource to a publicly available set of tools and resources.

"Thank you for partnering with us to make this a reality. The creativity and authenticity of the content has received so much positive feedback from the community."

Empowering transformation

The campaign we developed centres around an original story of Rachel and her experiences of online dating in a 4 part drama Rachel Looks for Love. Our campaign acts as a focal point and a jumping off point into deeper insights and learning to facilitate the adoption of digital accessibility at the heart of HSBC's approach to the design and development of its digital product and services.

"I followed Rachel’s journey and as some who has also been diagnosed with MS I found it accurate, informative, touching and overall fantastic. It had a balance between learning, educating and also providing an insight to someone’s life with a sometimes visible sometimes invisible disability.

The way the course takes you through the various challenges someone might have on normal day to day activities, like checking a website, was very insightful, intuitive and had a great flow.

Thank you for the work you are doing."
