To create a scalable learning solution to support AlignTech’s global education programme, showcasing how successful patient outcomes can be delivered with AlignTech orthodontic products and services. In developing clinical practitioners' skills and confidence with Invisalign tools and techniques, medical professionals will become advocates for treating patients with AlignTech products.
Atticmedia created the learning experience for the new solution and provided a catalyst for different AlignTech departments across education, marketing and technical to work together collaboratively to transform the PDF based system into a dynamic CMS driven experience across multiple languages and global business units.
Through analysis and review of content authored by AlignTech subject matter experts Atticmedia created a framework for building learning journeys through clinical conditions and treatment process by breaking down content into different building blocks suitable for CMS delivery, working closely with the AlignTech technical team to prioritise the development of a bespoke CMS technology to underpin the delivery and publishing management of the learning content.
Atticmedia worked alongside and facilitated joined up ways of working between the AlignTech teams located in multiple timezones to develop all content templates and workflows through content provisioning, authoring and QA for 20 learning journeys covering 380 screens of specialist content for healthcare professionals localised into 10 languages.

The AlignTech Teens Pilot Platform received positive reviews from AlignTech’s internal marketing and Clinical teams. The roll out of the Platform to Doctors took place via workshops throughout 2017.
Atticmedia also supported AlignTech by providing delivery management support and putting in place collective ways of working between all teams that proved effective in efficient delivery of the project.
