M&S wanted to extend the reach of their training programme, The M&S Way, to time poor and highly mobile retail staff.
Learning on the fly
In close collaboration with M&S, we have developed original and innovative training for frontline retail staff in General Merchandising, Home and Food. The training is accessed via tablet and designed to be operated in a fast moving and difficult environment. Light entertainment formats, such as a cooking show 'Bake it Well' for the store bakers, are utiised to drive engagement.
The training has been received positively across M&S. Its success has resulted in over 3 years of on-going development and collaboration between Atticmedia & M&S.
