We developed and launched a multi channel campaign to drive new desired behaviours across the business, combining storytelling with tools and methodologies for identifying, evaluating and developing opportunities while ensuring compliance and client benefits are front of mind.

Coordinated with subject matter experts from across key functional divisions to identify the desired behaviours, understand the key drivers for these, and design interventions across critical stages in the career development of six typical representative employee journeys.

Conducted user research with employees internationally to establish an authentic and detailed picture of the employee experience, and created a set of stories and simulations with the genuine depth and impact to bring the programme to life for an extremely demanding professional audience.

Developed a simulation of these career journeys allowing the user to experience the impact of key decisions and to build capability across five key attributes of high performing employees.


We helped to bring the companies professional leadership framework to life for 200,000 employees around the globe and change "business-as-usual” behaviours.

The programme has been rolled out globally and surveys conducted to measure how well the framework and associated behaviours are being integrated into the workplace have been very positive.

90 percent of staff state they have a better understanding of how to make better commercial decisions since participating in the programme.

The programme won Bronze at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Learning Awards.
