Sadara commissioned Atticmedia to deliver a learning experience that would engage, communicate and generate commitment to an employee framework designed to support the delivery of a ’game changing’ culture for this newly formed company.
The project delivered an episodic narrative where learners become the decision makers in key moments of the video drama. Each decision is based on the employee framework so learners can see the connection between the situation and action.
